Tags Versus Bookmarks

In the RepZio App, the two main ways to group products outside of categories are Tags and Bookmarks. At first glance, both features appear to be very similar and offer the same options for the groups of items.

In both Tags and Bookmarks, selected products are displayed and can be emailed to a client or added to an order. Additionally, bookmarked items can be converted into a tag and tagged items can be bookmarked.

The main difference between the two is that bookmarks only exist for the specific client in which they are created. On the other hand, tags show up across all clients for the manufacturer. For this reason, the products a specific client is interested in should be bookmarked, whereas products going on sale should be placed in a tag for all clients to see.
