Troubleshooting Email Deliveries

RepZio send order receipts via email.

  • Please check any spam folders first.
  • Whitelist both of these email addresses in your email programs or mail service.
    1. mailservice@repzio.com
    2. donotreply@repzio.com

If not in junk or spam folder, the recipients' company Firewall may be blocking the email before it even gets to the recipient.

  • In this case, customer must contact their IT department and have them Whitelist:
    1. mailservice@repzio.com
    2. donotreply@repzio.com
